        The purpose of this project is to provide the analysis of technical maturity, values of technology and related intellectual property to the enterprises of China and South Asian countries. It also offers the service of domestic and foreign science and technology project comparison and evaluation in order to help enterprises make decisions on technology introduction, the output and the cooperation with factual basis. It has 5 specific directions: (1)Research on international competition evaluation of key technology;(2)Carrying out the assessment of intellectual property ;(3) Developing foresight research on cutting-edge technology.(4) Research on technology monitoring and maturity judgment.(5) Customized services of technical roadmap.
